Responsibilities
1. Micro-Credential Design:
Facilitate the design of KMUTT micro-credentials to ensure the highest quality in evidence and assessment criteria design
Contribute to the team in designing and implementing the micro-credential framework, supporting policies and required guidelines to push forward scalable and effective solutions, as well as increasing both quantity and quality of the overall design
2. Innovation and Learning:
Explore new tools and create innovative solutions to support educational processes
Create and develop comprehensive instruction manuals using various media to disseminate information through educational technology
Oversee and Manage content updates, website improvements and data analysis on the ETS Tech Integration website.
3. Support and Training:
Compose content recommending the implementation of EdTech tools in the classroom to support educational challenges, emphasize the importance of engaging and enrich educational content
Provide advice and support to teachers and education staff in applying technology for teaching and learning
Design, Plan and conduct the training sessions in the EdTech field, including summarizing training results, and serving as the team’s trainer
4. Research and Analysis:
Analyze and research information related to educational technology and stay abreast of trends
Gather data and analyze the needs of teachers, instructors, and educational personnel to accurately design content that addresses specific pain points
Assist the team in achieving collective goals through collaborative efforts

Micro-Credential Development Specialist 1 Position
Overview
Micro-Credential Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and adoption of micro-credential initiatives at KMUTT. This position involves strategic planning, technical development, research, and stakeholder engagement to enhance competency-based learning and industry partnerships. The candidate will work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in micro-credentialing.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing competency-based learning frameworks aligned with industry standards.
Support the development of learning pathways for micro-credentials that enhance employability.
Conduct research on global trends in micro-credentialing to inform program improvements.
Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to design high-quality learning experiences.
Support quality assurance processes to ensure alignment with accreditation and industry needs.
Support initiatives to increase faculty adoption of micro-credentials through training and workshops.
Engage with students, employers, and industry partners to understand their skill needs.
Coordinate tasks and timelines in collaboration with team members and external partners.

Position: Public Relations Officer
Job Responsibilities/Duties: As English Editor and Consultant
Act as an English language consultant: Review, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in English.
Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, scheduling, and coaching support staff in terms of effective communication (using English)
Plan, organize and implement activities to enhance the communication skills of the staff
Monitor the improvement of every staff in terms of their English communication skills
Public Relations for International Students Recruitment
Plan, propose and organize the school’s participation in roadshows, education fairs, and recruitment events, both locally and internationally.
Collaborate closely with the admissions team (SoA+D and KMUTT) to align PR efforts with the overall recruitment strategy.
Coordinate logistics, including travel, booth setup, and promotional materials, to ensure a seamless and professional presence at each PR engagement at secondary schools overseas.
Take up an active role in PR by managing school visits and university fairs and roadshows, monitoring participation to fairs, and reporting recruitment results to PR team
Utilize social media, and emails to promote workshops and events and encourage attendance from prospective students
Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors (international schools)
Collect contact information from interested students for follow ups
Provide information to students, parents, faculty, and other relevant stakeholders.
Summarize the roadshows in Thailand and overseas annually.
Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor such as welcoming guests, students and parents

Qualifications (Personal)
Male or Female
Aged between 22 and 35 years
Demonstrates good moral character, adaptability to diverse cultures, and understanding of both Thai and international work environments
Preference for non-Thai candidates
Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software
