Responsibilities
1. Micro-Credential Strategy & Framework Design
- Lead the design and development of micro-credential frameworks grounded in industry-recognized competencies.
- Develop modular learning pathways that support stackable credentials, career mobility, and lifelong learning.
- Align credential design with national/international accreditation standards and future workforce trends.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with industry partners, government bodies, and faculty to identify in-demand skills and co-design learning solutions.
- Facilitate consultations, workshops, and design sprints to drive cross-sector collaboration and adoption.
- Promote faculty awareness and involvement through advocacy and capacity-building initiatives.
- Quality Assurance & Research
- Implement quality assurance processes that ensure rigor, relevance, and learner impact.
- Conduct research on global micro-credentialing models and translate insights into institutional best practices.
- Evaluate outcomes and refine design practices based on learner/employer feedback and data analytics.
- Program Development & Implementation
- Coordinate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to produce high-quality credential offerings.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support the integration of digital credentialing platforms and open standards for credential verification.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of competency-based education and micro-credentialing frameworks.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and design competency structures aligned with industry standard.
- Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and systems-level educational planning.
- Basic familiarity with learning platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital credentialing tools.
- Deep awareness of the changing landscape of education, including emerging policies, global trends, and innovations in competency-based learning and credentialing.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under feedback-driven environments.
- Open to receiving and incorporating feedback; able to revise and improve work iteratively with a growth mindset.
- Quick learner with a passion for new ideas, digital tools, and innovation in education.
