Responsibilities
1.) Micro-Credential Design:
• Facilitate the design of KMUTT micro-credentials to ensure the highest quality in evidence and assessment criteria design
• Contribute to the team in designing and implementing the micro-credential framework, supporting policies and required guidelines to push forward scalable and effective solutions, as well as increasing both quantity and quality of the overall design
2) Innovation and Learning:
• Explore new tools and create innovative solutions to support educational processes
• Create and develop comprehensive instruction manuals using various media to disseminate information through educational technology
3) Support and Training:
• Compose content recommending the implementation of EdTech tools in the classroom to support educational challenges, emphasize the importance of engaging and enrich educational content
• Provide advice and support to teachers and education staff in applying technology for teaching and learning
• Plan and conduct the training sessions in the EdTech field, including summarizing training results, and serving as the team’s trainer
4) Research and Analysis:
• Analyze and research information related to educational technology and stay abreast of trends
• Gather data and analyze the needs of teachers, instructors, and educational personnel to accurately design content that addresses specific pain points
• Assist the team in achieving collective goals through collaborative efforts
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Education Service or related fields
• Experience in online-offline learning course design and training as a speaker or facilitator is a plus
• Problem-solving ability and a keen sense of technology
• Passion for education and service, with a genuine interest in staying informed about new technology trends
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, enthusiastic, and self-learning approach
• Work well under pressure and maintain a positive and open-minded attitude
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities for technology solutions and enhance learning and teaching
• Effectively convey information in both Thai and English, with clear, concise, and grammatically correct in writing and conversational skills
