Responsibilities
EdTech Integration & Faculty Support
– Collaborate with instructors to implement educational technology tools that enhance learning engagement and outcomes.
– Provide expert consultation and hands-on support for faculty in adopting technology in face-to-face, blended, and online classrooms.
– Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and multimedia guides to facilitate tool adoption and usage.
Learning Experience Design
– Design technology-enhanced instructional experiences aligned with learning goals and outcomes.
– Contribute to the creation of high-quality micro-credentials with a focus on evidence design, assessment strategies, and learner engagement through technology.
– Collaborate with instructional designers and content experts to ensure coherence between pedagogy and technology use.
Educational Innovation & Exploration
– Research, test, and pilot new and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in education, learning analytics tools) for classroom application.
– Evaluate the pedagogical effectiveness of tools and recommend appropriate implementation strategies.
– Lead small-scale innovation projects to improve the digital learning ecosystem.
Research & Data-Informed Practice
– Analyze data from tool usage, feedback, and learning outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
– Conduct needs assessments with faculty and learners to identify EdTech opportunities and challenges.
– Stay current with global trends in educational technology and translate them into actionable insights for KMUTT.
Training & Capacity Building
– Act as a lead trainer and facilitator in EdTech-related professional development programs.
– Design and deliver tool-based training sessions, workshops, and webinars that introduce educational tools (e.g. AI tools, collaboration apps).
– Customize training to meet diverse faculty needs across disciplines and teaching modes.
– Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and usage data to inform future improvements.
