KMUTT, DEDE, and GGGI Launch the “Low-Carbon Building Development Pathways” Training Course to Empower Thai Professionals for a Sustainable Transition
เมื่อวันที่ 6 มกราคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) โดย คณะพลังงานสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัสดุ ร่วมกับ กรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) กระทรวงพลังงาน และสถาบันเพื่อการพัฒนาที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมโลก (Global Green Growth Institute: GGGI) ได้จัดให้มีพิธีเปิดตัวหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม “แนวทางพัฒนาสู่อาคารคาร์บอนต่ำ” (Low-Carbon Building Development Pathways) ภายใต้การดำเนินงานโครงการเปลี่ยนผ่านอาคารคาร์บอนต่ำแห่งเอเชีย (Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition) มุ่งเน้นส่งเสริมการใช้เครื่องมือและมาตรการที่ช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากภาคอาคาร ออกแบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมให้ครอบคลุมทั้งนโยบาย เทคนิค และการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง เน้นการใช้เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงาน และส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำแนวทางที่เป็นประโยชน์ไปใช้ในสภาพแวดล้อมจริงได้ พิธีเปิดตัวหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมจัดขึ้น ณ ห้อง Auditorium ชั้น 3 อาคารการเรียนรู้พหุวิทยาการ (LX) มจธ. โดยมี รศ. ดร.สุวิทย์ แซ่เตีย อธิการบดี มจธ. กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ผศ. ดร.กูสกานา กูบาฮา คณบดีคณะพลังงานสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัสดุ มจธ. กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์และภาพรวมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ นายนันทนิษฎ์ วงศ์วัฒนา รองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีกล่าวเปิดตัวหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอย่างเป็นทางการ
ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นพิธีเปิดตัวหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ได้จัดให้มีพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรสำหรับผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตร “แนวทางพัฒนาสู่อาคารคาร์บอนต่ำ” รุ่นที่ 1 จำนวน 73 คน จากรองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน และ อธิการบดี มจธ. และ กิจกรรมเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อ “Climate Resilience & Low Carbon Cities” นำการเสวนาโดย ผศ. ดร.พัฒนะ รักความสุข รองคณบดีอาวุโสฝ่ายวิจัย คณะพลังงานสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัสดุ มจธ. โดยเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างผู้แทนผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมจากกลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ สถาบันการเงิน กลุ่มนักพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บริษัทจัดการพลังงาน สถาปนิก วิศวกร ผู้ตรวจสอบพลังงาน และ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตวัสดุก่อสร้าง
หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม “แนวทางพัฒนาสู่อาคารคาร์บอนต่ำ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพให้บุคลากรในภาคอาคาร อุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง และภาคส่วนอื่นๆ ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการของการลดการปล่อยคาร์บอนในภาคอาคาร การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพพลังงานในอาคาร รวมถึงการจัดหาแหล่งเงินทุนเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่อาคารคาร์บอนต่ำของประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน โดยตั้งเป้ามีผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมไม่น้อยกว่า 770 คน จากหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่เปิดสอนทั้งสิ้น 12 รุ่น ทั่วประเทศไทย
On January 6, 2026, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), through the School of Energy, Environment and Materials (SEEM), has partnered with the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Ministry of Energy, and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to officially launch the training course: “Low-Carbon Building Development Pathways.” This initiative is part of the Asia Low Carbon Buildings Transition (ALCBT) project. The program aims to promote tools and measures that reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector. The curriculum is designed to cover policy, technical standards, and practical applications, emphasizing modern technology for energy efficiency and enabling professionals to implement these sustainable practices in real-world environments.
The opening ceremony took place at the Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Learning Exchange (LX) Building, KMUTT. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, President of KMUTT, delivered the welcome address, followed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kuskana Kubaha, Dean of the School of Energy, Environment and Materials, who provided an overview of the course objectives. Mr. Nunthanis Wongwatthana, Deputy Director General of DEDE, presided over the ceremony and officially inaugurated the training program.
The event featured a certification ceremony for the first cohort of 73 graduates of the Low-Carbon Building Development Pathways course, presented by the Deputy Director General of DEDE and the President of KMUTT. Furthermore, a panel discussion titled “Climate Resilience & Low Carbon Cities” was held to facilitate knowledge exchange. Moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pattana Rakkwamsuk, Senior Associate Dean for Research at SEEM, KMUTT, the panel brought together representatives from various sectors, including government agencies, financial institutions, real estate developers, energy service companies, architects, engineers, energy auditors, and construction material manufacturers. The Low-Carbon Building Development Pathways course seeks to enhance the capacity of personnel in the building, construction, and related sectors. It provides deep insights into decarbonization principles for the building sector, building energy efficiency optimization, and access to financial resources to support Thailand’s sustainable transition to low-carbon infrastructure. The project has set a target to train no fewer than 770 participants through 12 training sessions conducted across Thailand.
