We’re looking for someone who can plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, manage timelines, and collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver impactful marketing projects on time
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
– Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel campaigns (social, website, email, events).
– Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
– Oversee content calendars and collaborate with designers, content creators, and production teams.
– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication assets.
– Work closely with the Product Owner to translate product requirements into marketing tasks.
– Align marketing deliverables with product milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights for future improvement.
– Lead, coach, and support marketing team members by providing clear direction, task prioritization, and continuous feedback to ensure strong performance and team growth.
Qualifications
– Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
– 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or similar roles.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
– Knowledge of digital marketing, content workflow, or product development is a plus.
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira).
