Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that bring the ETS brand to life across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. This role works closely with the Content and Marketing teams to translate briefs into engaging visuals, manage multiple projects within timelines, and adapt designs to different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
– Create graphic designs that reflect the ETS brand and support visual communication.
– Design digital media for Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other platforms based on assigned briefs.
– Adapt design formats to suit each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
– Apply skills in color, typography, composition, illustration, or photography to produce high-quality work.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within the timeline.
– Review and finalize graphic assets and layouts to ensure accuracy before publishing.
– Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to develop ideas for campaigns and projects.
– Provide design recommendations or creative direction to the team when needed.
– Work within an Agile/Scrum workflow, update progress in sprints, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Adapt to feedback and continuously improve design quality.
Qualifications
– Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
– Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
– Able to produce artwork for social media, websites, and various PR materials.
– Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
– Capable of creating illustrations or icons.
– Basic understanding of branding or design systems.
– Skill in motion graphics or animation is a plus.
– Able to adjust design files to meet platform-specific standards and formats.
