On October 21, 2024, the National Research Office (NRCT), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, presented the NRCT Award to recognize research and innovation that can solve the country’s important problems. The award was honored by Professor Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, during the opening ceremony on the occasion of NRCT’s 65th anniversary. A total of 29 research and innovations received the NRCT Award, including the research and innovation that “Osteoporosis Screening Device Using Low Frequency Light and Artificial Intelligence” by Assoc.Prof.Dr. ANAK KHANTACHAWANA from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, which also received this award.
