The core concept of our university is becoming “the organization of learning”. Since the Global community and Thai society are experiencing the “Hyperchange Era” many paradigms are continuous shifting, thus the need for new principles in constructing an updated learning organization; therefore, by continuously utilizing all community participants in the University system to strategically plan together in the areas of personal goal levels, group goal levels, and the University system benchmarks of standards, the mission of high quality will not diminish. The university aims to develop students’ potential to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, become successful in carrying out their actions.
The university will improve the community with proactive cultural learning approach by designing and setting up a learning institute as an additional support for students, lecturers, and staff to develop themselves continuously until they reach their highest ability of competency and their creativity skills. Therefore, lecturers can adapt their teaching to apply the “Teaching Oriented” methodology, then the “Learning Oriented” method, and this positive result eventually leads to the “Learner Centered Learning” where learning is focused more on the learners.
