KMUTT and SIAM PIWAT have partnered to launch the “Utility Management” program, empowering building management professionals to address Thailand’s business needs.

On June 26, 2024, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) together with Siam Piwat Company Limited and SIAM PIWAT Academy held a press conference to launch the course “Utility Management, Basic Course in Building Engineering System Management” as a short-term certificate course. (Non Degree) aims to develop manpower in the field of Utility Management to upgrade the professional skills of building technicians and engineers. This is considered the first course of its kind in Thailand. The first course will begin in July 2024. It has been designed and developed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs in the real estate business who are lacking personnel with specialized and comprehensive skills in maintaining various systems. in a new era building and support the needs of the rapidly expanding real estate business.
