On September 19–20, 2026, Prof. Dr. Chaowalit Limmaneevichitr, Vice President for Student and Learner Development at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), visited the “KMUTT Co-Create for Community Boot Camp” at the KMUTT Ratchaburi Educational Area. The visit aimed to meet and encourage participating students while following up on learning activities designed to connect students with local communities and society.
The Boot Camp serves as a “Social Lab,” offering students from the Bangmod, Bangkhuntien, and Ratchaburi campuses the opportunity to learn from real community and social contexts. Through collaborative work and shared experiences, students gain a deep understanding of local issues and community needs. This hands-on learning fosters critical thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to design context-appropriate solutions for positive change.
This initiative is an integral part of developing the “KMUTT DNA,” aligning with the university’s student development framework to nurture “Change Agents with Green Heart.” It empowers learners to apply their knowledge and practical experience to generate societal value, remain environmentally responsible, and actively drive sustainable social transformation.
