Massage to avoid office syndrome

On a daily basis, employees will spend the majority of their time in the office, and if they are not seated properly, they may get office syndrome (Myofascial Pain Syndrome). This symptom may influence the staff’s physical and emotional well-being as a result of neck and shoulder pain and tightness.

The School of Liberal Arts values its employees’ health and well-being and held four massage events to prevent office syndrome throughout the months of February and March. This event was held inside the School of Liberal Arts Building, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Aungkana Boonsem was the coordinator, inviting two instructors to attend. This event was attended by 50 employees.
