On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the Faculty of Science, KMUTT held the closing ceremony of the Academic Olympiad Camp, POSN. Camp 2, KMUTT – Srisuriyothai School Academic Year 2024, at the Prapha Prajaksuphaniti Conference Room (AD 907), 9th Floor, Office of the President Building. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tula Jutarasak, Dean of the Faculty of Science, as the presiding officer, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiboonsak Wattayu, Head of the Department of Mathematics, the organizing committee, distinguished speakers, parents, and participating students.
Throughout the training period of over 2 weeks, students with computer skills learned and trained their abilities from expert faculty members in the fields of Applied Computer Science and Computer Engineering through an intensive curriculum that helped enhance the potential and develop in-depth skills of the students
At this closing ceremony, Dr. Withawin Susuthi, Chairman of the Center, gave a report summarizing the camp’s operations. Following this, Mr. Pakin Thanyanopphachaban, a student from Suankularb Wittayalai School, represented the students in expressing their feelings and gratitude to the project organizers, reflecting on the invaluable experiences, friendships, and inspiration gained from participating in the camp.
Subsequently, Dean of the Faculty of Science, gave a speech and commended the participating youth. He also presented certificates to the students who completed the training. The atmosphere of the event was filled with warmth, joy, and pride among both the participants and faculty members.
This Academic Olympiad project, POSN. Computer Camp 2, marks another significant step in developing youth with potential in computer science, which will be a crucial foundation for further knowledge development and technological advancement of the country in the future.”
