On 15–16 November 2025, the School of Liberal Arts (SoLA), KMUTT, carried out the “SoLA Creating Happiness” project at Baan Mae Prachan School, Yang Hak Subdistrict, Pak Tho District, Ratchaburi Province. This initiative was part of the 25th Anniversary celebrations of the School of Liberal Arts and aimed to cultivate public-mindedness and leadership for positive change among SoLA personnel, strengthen relationships between the faculty and the community, and improve the quality of life for students in KMUTT’s designated development areas.
This project consisted of three main components:
- Learning Stations – providing hands-on learning opportunities for students, such as learning English vocabulary through making Korean gimbap and creating organic fertilizer from leaves;
- Improvement of Learning Spaces – repainting playground equipment and replacing light bulbs to brighten classrooms and enhance the school environment; and
- Donation of Supplies – including essential goods, learning materials, and financial support for the school lunch program.
A total of 18 administrators, staff, and alumni from the School of Liberal Arts participated, along with 30 school administrators, teachers, and students from Baan Mae Prachan School.
