












King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), through the Global Competence Development Center (GCDC), Faculty of Liberal Arts, in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs, is organizing the GCDC FUN FEST 2025: Intercultural Market to promote learning and cultural exchange. The event will take place on March 19-20, 2025, at the Faculty of Liberal Arts.
Dr. Napak Chotswasd, Head of the Global Competence Development Center (GCDC), delivered the opening remarks, outlining the objectives of the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst.Prof.Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, who welcomed attendees and emphasized the importance of developing knowledge, skills, and experiences that can be applied both in education and the professional world.
The event featured a global food market, offering attendees the opportunity to taste street food from various countries while learning about culinary traditions. There were also exhibits showcasing spices and ingredients from different regions, tea and coffee brewing workshops, and live cooking demonstrations by expert chefs. Additionally, the festival included panel discussions and cultural storytelling sessions led by individuals with firsthand experiences, along with exhibitions on local markets and global festivals. Attendees could also participate in hands-on activities, such as cultural art workshops, calligraphy sessions, handmade goods auctions, and a magic show inspired by legends from around the world.
