
The KMUTT Business Plan Competition 2024: Business Plans for Land Management to Create Sustainable Value is approaching its final round, organized by Benefits and Property Utilization Unit in collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, after selecting the 8 most outstanding teams from a total of 32 projects to enter the project development round.
Over the past 5 weeks, the competing teams have undergone intensive training and workshops to develop their entrepreneurial skills to be ready to present business plans that address the development of the university area to maximize the benefits of the university, students, staff, and surrounding communities in a sustainable manner.
With the following important highlights of the training:
- Learn to write a business plan: By lecturers from the Graduate School of Management and Innovation, contestants learn to write a business plan correctly and completely, along with opening up perspectives on making a business plan in many dimensions.
- Study the market analysis approach: Through the case study of Kave Luminous Bangmod by the Chief Business Officer of Assetwise Public Company Limited, which is an interesting example of analyzing the market and applying it to their own projects.
- Study the actual area: The contestants went to the actual area in Soi Phutthabucha 36 to understand the potential of the area, the needs of the customer group, and business competitors, with lecturers from the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI) providing knowledge.
- Learn about the feasibility of a business plan: The contestants learned how to analyze the feasibility of the business and the basics of financial structures.
- Open up your worldview from experts: The contestants listened to experiences from Nirvana Development Public Company Limited and M space Co., Ltd., which are successful examples of developing areas to maximize their benefits.









And get ready to meet the final round of the Final Pitching competition “KMUTT Business Plan Competition 2024: Space Utilization Plan for Sustainable Value Creation” on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the meeting room, Graduate School of Management and Innovation Building, 5th floor.
