The Executive and Professional Staff Development Division, under the Office of Human Resource Management at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), has organized the Managing Director Empowerment 360° program for faculty/office secretaries. A total of 16 secretaries from various departments are participating in the program, which takes place from February 14, 2025, to July 30, 2025, at the V Space Meeting Room, 14th floor, LX Building.
The program aims to enhance knowledge and skills in organizational management, develop leadership capabilities, improve communication and relationship-building within the organization, and promote ethics and responsibility. These efforts are designed to strengthen work efficiency and prepare participants to tackle new challenges effectively.
The program is honored to have experienced speakers and executives from various university departments share their knowledge and exchange experiences with participants. Key topics covered include strategic planning, financial management and procurement, human resource development, university law, technology and AI in management, sustainable leadership, corporate governance and business ethics, as well as effective leadership and communication skills.
This program is a key initiative in enhancing the capabilities of support personnel at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, equipping them for comprehensive administrative roles. It contributes to strengthening the university’s organizational culture and serves as a crucial driving force for its long-term success.
