On September 10, 2024, at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Assistant Managing Director of Human Resources and Organizational Potential, IRPC Public Company Limited, Managing Director and Licensee of IRPC Technology College, and executives attended a meeting with KMUTT executives to discuss cooperation in promoting and developing education, including: 1. Developing curricula and learner development activities in fields that are interconnected in robotics, mechatronics, IoT, and industrial chemistry; 2. Developing personnel to enhance the competencies and qualifications of IRPC Technology College’s lecturers; 3. Promoting educational opportunities for vocational certificate and higher vocational certificate students of IRPC Technology College, along with a discussion on the continuation of the integrated learning process development project in chemical engineering for production line employees (I-ChEPs), which has been continuously implemented jointly by the Department of Chemical Engineering, KMUTT, and IRPC Public Company Limited, in providing employees with basic professional knowledge and knowledge of chemical engineering by developing production line employees to be able to learn by themselves, be able to reason, analyze, plan, and develop work techniques that are consistent with actual work in an integrated manner. Combined with the problem-solving experience gained from work, it can be applied in real-world applications.
This collaboration aims to develop human resources, both students and lecturers, to be able to respond to the needs of the industrial sector and become an important force in driving the country’s economy forward.
