










On June 5 and 10, 2025, the Center for Strategy and Enterprise Competitiveness (STECO) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized a workshop to develop a competency framework under the project aimed at enhancing the competency system of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The objective was to foster understanding of the concept of “competency” and collaboratively analyze organizational competencies for practical application in personnel and organizational development.
The workshop featured lectures on competency theory, brainstorming and group discussions on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for various job roles, as well as the application of the competency system in the NACC context.
The event was marked by strong collaboration among participating agencies, creativity, and a shared drive for organizational advancement, reflecting a collective commitment to making the competency framework a key tool in propelling the NACC toward excellence.
