HRD Hosts “Smart Execution” Training to Enhance Operational Staff’s Capabilities Toward Professional Excellence

The Core Competency and Management Development Division of the Office of Human Resource Development, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized the 7th Onboarding Program for newly recruited academic and professional staff. The program aims to build understanding of the university’s systems, operational processes, and organizational structure.

This initiative focuses on equipping new staff with essential information about KMUTT’s foundations and development direction, as well as its organizational culture, work attitudes, and key skills necessary for effective performance. The goal is to help new employees adapt quickly, work efficiently, stay motivated, and contribute to the university’s mission and goals.

On April 3, 2024, one of the program’s highlights featured a guest lecture by Dr. Warasinee Chaisangmongkon, faculty member of the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO). She delivered a session titled “AI Literacy for Work” at the Phuttharaksa Meeting Room, The 3rd Floor of Seminar Building. The session focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and how KMUTT staff can integrate AI technologies into their work environments to enhance performance and adapt to rapid technological changes.

The Onboarding Program is part of KMUTT’s effort to prepare new staff for their roles and help them smoothly integrate into the university environment. It also aims to build confidence and a sense of pride in being part of the KMUTT community.
