The Princess Sirivannavari Art Foundation established the Academic Excellence Scholarship Program in 2022 with the aim of supporting outstanding undergraduate students who demonstrate strong academic performance and excellence in artistic practice. The scholarship supports students in various fields of art, including fashion design, interior and textile design, visual arts, music, and other related disciplines.
For the 2025 academic year, higher education institutions nationwide were invited to nominate qualified students for the scholarship. On 7 January 2026, a total of 15 students were graciously granted the Academic Excellence Scholarship from the Princess Sirivannavari Art Foundation.
Among the scholarship recipients is Ms. Worakarn Kaowichakorn,
a student in the Communication Design Program,
School of Architecture and Design,
King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT).
The Foundation, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, aims to promote education and research in the arts, fostering creativity and artistic skills that contribute to society and the nation. Scholarship recipients are expected to produce creative works that demonstrate aesthetic quality, conceptual clarity, strong artistic composition, and versatile applications.
