Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chaowalit Limmaneevichitr Vice President for Student and Learner Development and Asst.Prof.Dr. BUDSAKAYT INTARAPASAN Assistant to the President for Student and Learner Relations, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, attended the 2024 Student Development Academic Seminar under the topic “Empowering Minds for a Sustainable Future: Integrating SDGs in Higher Education” organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
KMUTT has participated in the exhibition under the theme “KMUTT aims to develop students and learners to become Global Citizens”. Students and learners have developed themselves along with doing things for the community, society, and the world through the product brand from the disabled “Heddi Craft”, a project to create jobs for the disabled in Ban Nang Oi, Sakon Nakhon Province, operated by the faculty of Architecture and Design in collaboration with the KMUTT Continuing Education Center. In the first phase of this project, the learning in the classroom of KMUTT students was integrated as part of the Collaborative Product Development and Craft Product Design courses. The Faculty of Architecture and Design led the group of students to visit the area to study and learn and work together with the disabled in the area.
