Prof. Kornvalai Panpae Center Head for Scientific Instrument for Standard and Industry along with personnel of Scientific Instrument for Standard and Industry, Department of Physics, Research, Innovation and Partnerships Office (RIPO) and National Biopharmaceutical Facility. (NBF) represents King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Attended the 1/2024 meeting of the Thailand Science Equipment Center Network (TSEN) at the Royal Police Cadet Academy, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Collaborate with more than 21 members of the Thailand Science Equipment Center Network to create a network of scientific research equipment centers within the country. Including raising the standards of laboratories in scientific analysis. Increase scientists’ and engineers’ knowledge in instrument analysis, testing, and maintenance. which is useful for producing reliable analysis and test work in the future
Activities within the event include: Meeting of network members and 6 subgroup meetings to determine the scope of cooperation of each network member. and develops the potential of personnel, including 1. Research and Commercial Services Group 2. Laboratory Standards and Analytical Methods Development Group 3. Knowledge Management Service and Equipment Procurement Group 4. Laboratory Competency Database Group 5. Maintenance Group Maintain scientific equipment and promote networking and development activities and 6. Laboratory safety group. In addition, they also visited the laboratory of the Faculty of Forensic Science.
