On October 11, 2024, lecturers and students of the Department of Mathematics participated in the BKI Scholarship 2024 scholarship awarding activity at the Bangkok Insurance Building, South Sathorn Road. Ms. Walasa Sophonpanich, Assistant Managing Director of Bangkok Insurance Public Company Limited, awarded the BKI Scholarship 2024 to 34 undergraduate students with good academic performance and behavior in the fields of insurance, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, computer science, and information technology from various educational institutions, along with personal accident insurance (PA) worth 200,000 baht per person per year without any obligations. This year, 3 students from the Department of Mathematics received the scholarship. In addition, some of the graduates of the project have the opportunity to apply for various positions with Bangkok Insurance, which will be an important force for the insurance industry and the country.
