The Office of Human Resource Development held training on “Corporate Governance and Business Ethics.”

The Office of Human Resource Development at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) held a workshop on “Corporate Governance and Business Ethics” on March 20 and 25, 2025, at V-Space Meeting Room, 14th Floor, Learning Exchange (LX) Building.

This training session was attended by faculty and office secretaries to enhance their knowledge and understanding of business ethics and good governance practices, which are fundamental to the sustainable development of an organization with integrity. The session also aimed to promote a transparent and fair organizational culture, emphasizing the role of faculty and office secretaries as “leaders in governance-driven management.”

The workshop was honored to have Ms. Chantana Putaraporn, an Advisor to Office of the President, as the keynote speaker. She shared her insights and experiences, facilitating discussions among participants. Each department presented progress reports and future plans under the theme “ITA in Action: From Policy to Practice,” a key approach in advancing an efficient, transparent management system aligned with international governance standards.

Beyond strengthening knowledge of business ethics, this training served as a valuable opportunity for faculty and office secretaries to develop and showcase their leadership potential, playing a crucial role in steering KMUTT toward sustainable and stable growth.
