


On Saturday, April 5, 2025, the Center for Strategy and Enterprise Competitiveness (STECO) of KMUTT, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), organized a workshop titled “Driving Knowledge Management Processes and Capturing Critical Organizational Knowledge” for the year 2025. The event was held at Jasmine City Hotel, Sukhumvit 23. The workshop aimed to enhance understanding of knowledge management (KM) implementation and to promote the systematic capture of critical knowledge across the organization.Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharapoj Sapsanguanboon, Director of STECO, along with his team, served as the facilitators for the workshop.

The event was honored by the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), who delivered the opening remarks. She emphasized the importance of knowledge management in an era where work contexts are rapidly evolving, noting that effective knowledge management is at the heart of organizational continuity and sustainability. The workshop received strong cooperation and active participation from personnel across various departments, who will serve as the KM Driving Team—demonstrating a genuine commitment to building a true learning organization.
