On April 22nd, the Personnel Competency Assessment and Analysis Division of the Human Resource Development Office at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized a hands-on training workshop titled “PI Brush Up.” The event was held at the V Space Room, located on the 14th floor of the Learning Exchange (LX) Building.
The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of Behavioral Assessment and effective team management strategies. The goal was to equip personnel with the ability to plan for development and drive their teams toward achieving organizational goals sustainably. On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Taweesak Kritjaroen, Assistant to the President for Human Resources, had the honor of welcoming participants and officially opening the event. This training was specifically designed for key personnel involved in managing and supervising staff at the departmental level, including Deans/Directors, Deputy Deans for Administration, Faculty/Institute Secretaries, Division Heads, and Human Resources (HR) officers from the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, School of Information Technology, Office of Building and Facilities Management, and the Computer Center.
An expert speaker from Talent Codex Thailand delivered insights based on the PI Practitioner program, which emphasizes the use of Behavioral Assessment tools to analyze and understand personnel. The training focused on categorizing personality traits using 17 core behavioral characteristics grouped into four main categories. The session also featured hands-on activities that encouraged participants to practice interpreting behavioral assessment results. These practical exercises were designed to help attendees apply the concepts learned to enhance team development within the specific context of their respective departments.
