On February 6, 2024, Prof Makoto Watanabe, the Executive Vice President of Chiba University, Japan accompanied by his team, paid a courtesy visit to KMUTT.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Sae Tia, President of KMUTT, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chawin Chantharasenawong, Vice President for Internationalization, and faculty members from the School of Architecture and Design. Discussions during the meeting focused on the current status of collaboration between KMUTT and Chiba University, including the Social Design Initiative and the Twincle program. Additionally, the meeting provided an opportunity to explore potential avenues for future collaborations between two universities.
