On May 23, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized the Dean Talk & FIET Forum — a platform where every voice influences the faculty’s future. The event was held at the V Space Meeting Room, 14th floor of the LX Building, and was presided over by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tanes Tanitteerapan, Dean of the Faculty, who delivered the opening speech and launched the Dean Talk, presenting the faculty’s accomplishments and insights derived from the KMUTT Strategy Diagnosis meeting. Over 60 participants, including the faculty’s executive team, lecturers, and support staff, joined the forum. The goals for the academic year 2026 and outlined the comprehensive implementation of Performance Agreement (PA) planning. Insights into the practices for evaluating staff performance. The development of departmental workload agreements and the new performance evaluation process. This segment also included a brainstorming session and collaborative discussion with administrators on current challenges in performance evaluation and proposed mechanisms for success. The forum fostered shared understanding of workload agreements, enhanced clarity around the evaluation system, and empowered participants to effectively fulfill their missions, aligning with KMUTT’s new policies toward a sustainable organization.
