On March 13, 2025, the Office of Human Resource Development (HRD), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), held a training session on “Process Optimization for Outstanding Results” at Bhuddharaksa Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Seminar Building The session was attended by university staff, who were the primary target group for this training.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ skills and capabilities in analyzing and optimizing work processes for maximum efficiency while introducing new approaches to delivering greater value to the organization. The program also focused on developing competencies related to work efficiency improvement for KMUTT personnel.
Participants gained valuable insights into process improvement techniques and analytical tools to effectively evaluate results and apply the knowledge acquired in their daily work. The session was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atipat Boonmoh, a faculty member from the School of Liberal Arts, who shared his expertise and experiences, enriching participants’ skills in work process optimization and strategic thinking.
This training was a key initiative in developing KMUTT personnel, enhancing work efficiency, and delivering meaningful results that contribute to the university’s operations. It also helped empower staff with confidence and preparedness to advance in their professional careers with stability and assurance.
