Faculty of Engineering, KMUTT Holds Workshop on Service Excellence and Undergraduate Student Petition Review

On 6 July 2026, the Faculty of Engineering, KMUTT, in collaboration
with the Office of the Registrar, held a workshop entitled “Enhancing
Student Services and the Undergraduate Petition Review Process for the
Faculty of Engineering, KMUTT” at the Exhibition Hall, 3rd Floor,
Learning Exchange Building 4 (S12). The workshop aimed to strengthen
staff capabilities and enhance the quality and consistency of academic
services provided to undergraduate students.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duangrudee
Kositgittiwong Kongkitkul, Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
Speakers from the Office of the Registrar and the Faculty’s Academic
Affairs Division shared their expertise, best practices, and practical
experiences in handling undergraduate student petitions. The sessions
were designed to enhance participants’ understanding of the petition
review process and promote accurate and consistent operational
practices among staff responsible for undergraduate student services
across all academic departments.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in discussions, analyzed
case studies, and exchanged experiences on various aspects of student
services and petition review. These activities fostered a shared
understanding, minimized inconsistencies in operational practices, and
contributed to the development of standardized service procedures
across the Faculty.

The workshop reflects the Faculty of Engineering, KMUTT’s commitment
to continuously improving the quality of academic services and student
support. By strengthening staff competencies and promoting
standardized operational practices, the Faculty aims to enhance the
efficiency of undergraduate petition management and further improve
the quality of services provided to its students.
