Bangkok, Thailand – On August 22, 2023, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) had the honor of hosting His Excellency Mr. Patrick Hemmer, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Thailand, accompanied by Ms. Charlotte Helminger, Counsellor, and Prof. Pascal Bouvry from the University of Luxembourg. This visit marks an important chapter in the growing partnership between KMUTT and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Thailand, following the reception of the former Ambassador in November 2021.
Ambassador Hemmer, in his visit, highlighted the importance of this exchange and expressed gratitude for the warm reception extended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, President of KMUTT. Dr. Kanyawim Kirtikara, Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation, provided valuable insights into KMUTT’s strategic research themes, laying the foundation for fruitful discussions on potential collaborations between the two parties.
