KMUTT Representatives Join 2025 SATU Presidents’ Forum at NCKU to Advance Regional Collaboration

Representatives from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), including Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chawin Chantharasenawong, Vice President for Internationalization and Asst.Prof.Dr. Hong-Ming Ku, Assistant to the President for Internationalization participated in the 2025 General Assembly of the SATU Presidents’ Forum, held on March 12–13 at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. The event brought together presidents and delegates from 65 universities across eight countries in Southeast and South Asia and Taiwan, under the theme “Sustainable Governance for University.”

The KMUTT delegation engaged in discussions that explored the pivotal role of universities in fostering sustainable governance, nurturing future leaders, and addressing global challenges through collaboration and innovation. Key focus areas included sustainability in higher education, digital transformation, and the preservation of cultural heritage.

Their engagement reaffirmed KMUTT’s ongoing commitment to fostering strong regional and international networks. The forum also opened up opportunities for potential partnerships, joint research initiatives, and collaborative educational programs with peer institutions across the SATU network.
