On Friday, August 16, 2024, Mr. Niels Knudsen, Chief of External Relations and Communications Section, UNV Headquarters in Germany, along with a delegation from the United Nations Volunteers, visited King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) to discuss ongoing and future collaborations.
KMUTT has been in partnership with the United Nations Volunteers since 2017, sending students to participate in various volunteer programs. These experiences have proven invaluable in helping students build cultural understanding, global awareness, and essential skills for working in international contexts.
During the visit, both parties presented and exchanged views on the collaboration that has taken place over the years, reflecting a mutual interest in strengthening the relationship, which could lead to tangible benefits for both sides in the future.
