






On November 2, 2025, the executive team from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), led by Prof. Dr. Chaowalit Limmaneevichitr, Vice President for Student and Learner Development, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chawin Chantharasenawong, Vice President for Internationalization, together with Ms. Kanyakamon Khiewwan, Director of Admissions and Recruitment Office, and staff members from Admissions and Recruitment Office and the International Center for Engineering, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Mr. Mongkol Visitstamp, Ambassador of Thailand to Yangon.
The visit aimed to strengthen academic relations and seek collaboration in promoting KMUTT’s academic programs and activities to students in Myanmar.
During the trip, the KMUTT delegation also participated in the 10th Thailand Education Fair Myanmar 2025, held at Novotel Yangon Max Hotel and organized by the Association of Myanmar Alumni from Universities in Thailand (AMAUT). The event gathered 23 leading Thai universities to present diverse educational opportunities for Myanmar students aspiring to study in Thailand.
The fair welcomed more than 600 participants, including students, parents, teachers, and representatives from academic institutions across Myanmar. The KMUTT booth received remarkable attention, with many visitors showing great interest in the university’s study programs and scholarship opportunities.
This strong engagement underscored KMUTT’s growing reputation as a leading university in science, technology, and innovation, while reaffirming its commitment to expanding international collaboration and empowering learners across the region.
