The Office of Human Resource Development at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi held the Onboarding Program Batch 7 under the theme “Pathway to Sustainable Growth” for new academic and support personnel.
The Orientation session took place on February 14, 2025, with Mr. Bunchuay Wanichpan, Head of the Executive and Professional Staff Development Division, delivering the opening speech. He also introduced the competency development program and the learning topics covered throughout the course of the program.
On February 20, 2025, the program featured an “Let’s Get Together” session, an ice-breaking activity, led by a human resource development expert. The session aimed to help new employees get to know each other, foster professional collaboration, and build strong relationships. The event was held at V Space, 14th Floor, LX Building.
This program aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of KMUTT’s Core Values and organizational culture, linking the roles and responsibilities of new employees to the university’s mission and vision. It also promotes continuous self-learning, develops essential work skills, and fosters motivation in the workplace.
