Seminar Inspires Scholarship Students on Path to Research Leadership

กลุ่มงานช่วยเหลือทางการเงินแก่นักศึกษาได้จัดงานสัมมนาที่ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูงในหัวข้อ “Becoming a Research Leader: Your Journey from Graduate Student to Successful U.S. Professor” (การเป็นผู้นำด้านการวิจัย: เส้นทางของคุณจากนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาสู่การเป็นอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยในสหรัฐอเมริกาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ) งานนี้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมอบความรู้และแรงบันดาลใจแก่นักศึกษาทุน เพื่อให้พวกเขาสามารถก้าวไปสู่เส้นทางอาชีพด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยที่ประสบความสำเร็จ
งานสัมมนาเริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดโดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เชาลิต ลิ้มมณีวิจิตร รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและผู้เรียนรู้ ซึ่งได้เน้นย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพทางวิชาการและการวิจัยของนักศึกษา ตลอดจนการเตรียมความพร้อมให้พวกเขากลายเป็นนักวิจัยชั้นนำระดับนานาชาติ
หัวใจหลักของงานคือการบรรยายที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยข้อมูลเชิงลึกจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ณธร ชัยญาคุณาพฤกษ์ จาก มหาวิทยาลัย Utah ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งได้แบ่งปันประสบการณ์อันมีค่าและมุมมองต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับเส้นทางของตนเอง ตั้งแต่การเป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจนกระทั่งเป็นอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยที่ประสบความสำเร็จในสหรัฐอเมริกา การนำเสนอของท่านได้ให้คำแนะนำที่เป็นรูปธรรมและเป็นแผนที่เส้นทางที่ชัดเจนสำหรับนักศึกษาที่มีความใฝ่ฝันจะสร้างอาชีพในสายงานวิจัย ภายในงานยังมีช่วงถาม-ตอบที่สร้างบรรยากาศคึกคัก นักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสซักถามประเด็นต่างๆ อย่างกระตือรือร้น เพื่อขอคำแนะนำและคำอธิบายในแง่มุมต่างๆ ของชีวิตในแวดวงวิชาการและการทำงานวิจัย นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมงานต่างกล่าวเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่าการสัมมนาครั้งนี้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่สำคัญและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจอย่างยิ่ง ช่วยให้พวกเขามองเห็นอนาคตทางวิชาการได้อย่างชัดเจนขึ้น

Seminar Inspires Scholarship Students on Path to Research Leadership
The Student Financial Aid Unit recently hosted a highly successful seminar titled, “Becoming a Research Leader: Your Journey from Graduate Student to Successful U.S. Professor.” The event, held on August 14, 2025, was designed to equip scholarship students with the knowledge and inspiration needed to pursue successful careers in academia and research.
The seminar was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Chaowalit Limmaneevijitr, Vice President for Student and Learner Development, who emphasized the university’s commitment to nurturing the academic and research potential of its students and preparing them to become leading international researchers.
The highlight of the event was an insightful presentation by Professor Nathorn Chaiyakunapruk from the Department of Pharmacotherapy at the University of Utah, USA. He shared his invaluable experiences and perspectives on his journey from a graduate student to a successful faculty member in the United States. His presentation provided practical advice and a clear roadmap for students aspiring to build a career in research.
The session included a lively Q&A segment, where students actively engaged with Professor Chaiyakunapruk, seeking guidance and clarification on various aspects of academic life and research careers. The students expressed that the seminar was an important and inspiring experience, helping them to gain a clearer vision for their academic futures.
