Currently, Thai teenagers still lack sufficient self-awareness and understanding, particularly final-year undergraduate students who are required to complete internships or cooperative education. Without clarity regarding their life goals and self-awareness, they may make poor decisions about their career paths or the start of their professional lives. Therefore, promoting self-understanding among students is essential to help them choose suitable job positions or career advancement paths from the outset. The Petchra Pra Jom Klao Master’s Degree Research Scholarship students researched to enhance life goals and self-awareness among undergraduates through coaching activities combined with interactive short film media. This method encourages students to reflect and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. The activities were organized for fourth-year undergraduate students in the Department of Educational Communication and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, during the 2021 academic year. These students, enrolled in the ETM 363 Knowledge Management course in the first semester, participated in the program to better understand themselves and select internship placements that aligned with their needs before beginning cooperative education in the second semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
