Thailand is one of the major countries serving as a manufacturing base for automotive parts, producing components for leading global companies. However, many companies aim to change the type of materials used in automotive parts to be more environmentally friendly and to reduce the overall weight of vehicles. This change results in lower fuel consumption and reduced emissions, which is the motivation behind this research. This study aims to use the Forming Limit Curve (FLC) to predict the forming performance of the fuel tank parts for Triumph Motorcycles, made from aluminum alloy grade 5754-O, a new material for the automotive parts manufacturing industry. The deep drawing process is carried out at Thai Summit Gold Press Company Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study involves creating the FLC from a mathematical equation that includes the yield criterion, strain hardening rule, and the Keeler-Brazier Modified I equation. The FLC derived from the Keeler-Brazier Modified I mathematical model is compared with the Nakajima test results and then used in finite element method (FEM) simulations of the fuel tank forming process with the PAM-STAMP software. Finally, the accuracy of the FLC is verified by comparing the damage prediction of the fuel tank parts in the PAM-STAMP software with actual industrial outcomes. The results demonstrate that the FLC from the mathematical model can effectively describe the behavior of sheet metal materials in automotive parts manufacturing. This research successfully applies academic knowledge to address industrial problems in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container
