On 6 and 8 February 2018, the Science Technology and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI)/KMUTT in collaboration with the National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI) and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), organised Workshops on Thailand Industry 4.0 and Anchor Program Design for Eastern Economic Corridor of Innovation (EECi). The workshops were held at the Knowledge Exchange (KX) Building, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bangkok.

The main objectives of workshops were to plan the roadmap and platform strategies in the EECi platform to increase industrial advantages and international competitiveness of Thailand. The strategic program was designed to grow industrial profits and to support the effective deployment of resources towards the high-value exchanges in the roadmapping for the future industries and developments of the EECi strategies based on Thailand Industry 4.0.

This event was moderated and delivered by Prof. Dr. Jet P.H. Shu, National Taipei University of Technology, and an Advisor of the Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan. The workshop focused on the solution-based perspectives for Thailand Industry Revolution 4.0. There were 15 participants from the STI and NSTDA joining this workshop
