Extending service time

Computer Center will extend the service time for receiving and solving problems in order to stabilize the whole computer system and to support increasing use of the system. The service time will be extended as follows.

Mon - Fri 6.30 - 9.00 in the morning and 17.01 - 20.00 in the evening
Sat - Sun 9.00 - 17.00

The trial period for receiving and solving problems will be 3 months. Users can ask for technical support at Call Center (Tel : 111) since November 1, 2001.
