Pre-conference tours will be arranged during the conference. These activities, which are not included in the conference registration fee, are available for a supplementary fee. Reservation can be made by completing the registration form for pre-conference tours.
For the other sightseeing excursions, please make a reservation at the travel agency's desk during the conference.

CHIANG MAI, Thailand's second largest city, is pleasantly located on the banks of the Ping River.
It's fertile plain at an average elevation of 330 m. above sea level. The plain is partially surrounded by forested mountains and the west is dominated by Doi Suthep Mountain which rises over 1,100 m.
It is an old city with a long history of 700 years (built in 1296 A.D.).
Day 1 - July 30, 2009: Discover the spirit and charm of Chiang Mai
Depart from Radisson Hotel at 6.30 AM . to Don-Muang Airport for flight check-in. Arrive in Chiang Mai at 9.45 AM. Transfer from the Airport to hotel. After Lunch, travel to visit Wat Pratat Doi Suthep (3,500 feet above sea level) with golden pagoda (kept inside are the holy relic of Lord Buddha), Phu Ping Rajanivej, Royal Winter Palace and Meo Hill Tribe Village. Enjoy an evening out by having Khantoke Dinner
Khantoke Dinner: Authentic Lanna Dinning & Shows
A traditional Northern Thai setting surrounded by a rich assortment of exotic Lanna arts and crafts. You will learn the unique experience of traditional Lanna dining. Day 2 - July 31, 2009: Experience elephants riding and Visit Royal Project Packing House
Visit a jungle area north of the city to see Elephants at Maesa Elephant Camp. The Program included a demonstration of how trained elephants are used to help in logging work. You will delight in the amazing skills of the elephants such as Dancing, Painting, Football Playing and etc. (http://www.maesaelephantcamp.com). Take a Lunch at Orchid Farm. In the afternoon visit Royal Project Packing House and then sightseeing and shopping at Bann Tawai village, center of wooden handicraft. At night, enjoy your free times with Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, shopping heaven where you can find handmade products and souvenirs.
Day 3 - August 1, 2009: City tour and shopping at Chiang Mai cottage industries
Tour the most famous temple of Chiang Mai . Wat Chedi Luang (AD 1411), where the Emerald Buddha was once enshrined, was destroyed by the earthquake. Wat Phra Singh (AD 1345) where a 1,500 years old Buddha image Fine carvings are to be found is also visited. Drive through many different parts of the northern capital, passing residential area, handsome government buildings. After Lunch, Visit the famous silk and cotton cottage industries at Sankampheng district, Borsang umbrella village, teakwood carving, lacquerware, silverware. Depart from Chaing Mai to Bangkok at 5.45 PM.
Tour II: Floating Market/Rose Market |

Depart from Bangkok to Nakorn Pathom
A full day of enjoyment in Thailand’s country-side involves a relaxation in Floating Market with the Thai culture and Rose Garden Country Resort for the international display and fair of the most extraordinary orchids and horticulture from Thailand and the most interesting show of traditional and folklore.
