Scope and Objective

Fresh and fresh cut of fruits and vegetables are essential nowadays when facing an increasing market globalization to ensure reliability and viability of supply chains. The Southeast Asia Symposium on Quality and Safety of Fresh and Fresh Cut Produce aims at highlighting the most recent and exciting developments and innovations in the area with emphasis on:
